Download and open .rar file and extract to your desired location and open the .exe file and play, I guess...

AND JUST IN CASE YOU CAN'T RUN IT:

In the case you're running Windows 10 and Windows Defender stops you from running the file, click the hyperlink and there should be a new button to "Run Anyway" or something like that. You can click it if you want, but if you don't trust me that's completely okay and you don't have to download it. For me, Windows just kept showing notifications saying that a scan needs to completed, just click on the notification, it opened the executable for me...

I'm sorry if these steps didn't work for you, but I don't know much about this stuff.
